Washington State University is the central
switching and operations provider for the video conference systems.
Procedures for scheduling a meeting:
- Fill out and submit the request form at
http://cru.cahe.wsu.edu/wecn/requestinra.asp.
(Note: You may need to contact the staff member who manages the video
conferencing system at your site and request him or her submit the
form.)
- WSU will contact all sites requested. WSU will either confirm the
meeting as proposed or propose alternative times based on schedules at the
other sites.
- Confirmation with the dial number will be
sent to all participants via e-mail.
Guidelines:
- Scheduling should be requested 5 working
days prior to the event.
- If meetings need to be scheduled in less
than 5 days, WSU will try to accommodate, but it cannot guarantee
availability of bridge.
- Meetings should be held within the 10
a.m.- 3 p.m. time slot (Pacific time). Meetings requested outside of these
hours will be accommodated dependent on bandwidth availability.
- To cancel scheduled meetings, notify WSU
24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Full rate will be charged for no-shows
and for meetings cancelled less than 24 hours before the event.
